By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Offered

Blossom Dry Cleaners offers professional laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, shoe cleaning, curtain cleaning, sofa cleaning, and pickup/drop services in Andheri, Mumbai.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking

  • Ensure timely availability for pickups and deliveries

  • Review and confirm orders and pricing before finalizing

  • Avoid placing any hazardous or illegal items for cleaning

4. Order & Payment

  • ​All orders must be placed through our website or mobile app.

  • Payments can be made online through secure payment gateways or COD (if applicable).

  • Prices are subject to change and will be updated on the platform.

  • Invoices will be generated digitally upon order completion.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • We aim to provide timely pickup and delivery as per the slots selected by you.

  • Any changes to delivery time must be communicated in advance.

  • If you're unavailable at the scheduled time, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

6. Garment Liability

While we handle every item with utmost care:

 

  • We are not responsible for damage caused due to inherent defects, prior damage, or manufacturing faults in garments.

  • In rare cases of loss or damage caused directly by our service, our maximum liability will be limited to 3 times the service charge for that item.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before pickup via the app or website.

  • Once picked up, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of billing errors or service failure, subject to review.

8. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use our platform for unlawful purposes

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our software or services

  • Interfere with security features or abuse the service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
